The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Wine value estimates and AI-generated advice are provided for indicative purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
The publisher shall not be held liable for decisions made on the basis of information provided by the service.
The publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be referred to the competent courts.
